Procedural sketching with Harmony
Yesterday Tamar pointed me to Mr. Doob's excellent new procedural drawing tool, Harmony. It's incredibly simplistic, but it has some unique brushes that allow you to create amazing-looking sketches in a matter of minutes, particularly if you lean towards the abstract. I pulled out my tablet and got hooked on Harmony for a few hours, and thought I'd share some of the sketches I came up with:

For what I was going for, the "web" and "shaded" brushes were my favorite. I hope Mr. Doob continues developing Harmony - I know I'd definitely buy a full-featured version of it with hi-res output.

Print?
Pretty please?
Say your selling them!
=D
These are beautiful to look at!
I'm addicted to this thing now. Takes a bit of getting used to but once you do it's so much fun.
At last—a tool which helps crap artists feel like they're actually good at drawing.
Not belittling your skills by any means, Rob. I drew this rad little picture of a scorpion using the shaded brush and I'm the girl who locked her tablet away in frustration once upon a time.
I love it. Will definitely be bookmarking the page.
RE: Prints - I'd love to do a print using Harmony, but in its current form the software doesn't output at a high enough resolution. Maybe in the future!
How Funky :D
I love how much depth you've managed to put in these sketches, they're fantastic, keep up the good work!
so nice. a terrible distraction, but welcome.
Rob,
Wasn't sure where to post this, but sure you'll appreciate it.
Awesome!
